Kingtaka Terms & Conditions — Rules and Conditions of Use

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering on kingtaka or beginning to use the service. These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between you and us, so it is important to understand them fully. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you will be deemed to have automatically consented to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and your continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed as your acceptance of the new terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on kingtaka, you must be at least 18 years of age and a competent citizen of Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Each individual may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being terminated. It is your own responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential; we are not liable for any unauthorized access. For account verification purposes, we may request a national identity card or another government-issued identification document.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

We support reliable payment methods widely used in Bangladesh for depositing and withdrawing funds on the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may change from time to time and will be displayed separately on the platform. Withdrawal requests may take a certain amount of time to process, and withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. In cases of suspicious transactions or fraud, we reserve the right to withhold any payment or investigate the account. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi BDT, and any applicable taxes or charges are the sole responsibility of the user.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Kingtaka offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, which are subject to specific terms and conditions. Each offer has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and usage limits, which are clearly stated in the offer details. Attempting to abuse bonuses or collect bonuses using multiple accounts may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all deposited funds. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice. In the event of any dispute relating to bonuses, kingtaka's decision shall be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

Any form of fraud, hacking, use of bots, or gaining advantages through dishonest means on the platform is strictly prohibited. Stealing another user's account information or attempting to log in on their behalf is a serious violation and subject to legal action. Money laundering or depositing funds obtained from illegal sources is strictly prohibited, and suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities. If a member harasses or behaves abusively toward other members, their account may be immediately suspended. Any intentional attempt to exploit technical errors on the platform will result in all earned funds being voided and the account being permanently closed.

Limitation of Liability

Kingtaka provides its services on an "as-is" basis and is not liable for any damages caused by technical issues, server outages, or third-party errors. If any game or transaction is left incomplete due to internet disconnection or device-related issues, the responsibility lies solely with the user. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend our services at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons. We are not directly liable for errors by third-party payment gateways or service providers, but we will always cooperate to resolve any issues. Any losses resulting from a user's negligence or sharing of passwords are entirely the user's own responsibility.

Changes to Terms & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or cancel any part of these terms and conditions at any time, and any changes will be published on the platform. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify you via your registered email or through platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms and conditions will be deemed as your acceptance of the new terms. If you wish to stop using the service, you may contact our support team to request account closure. These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be settled in the courts of Bangladesh.
